  • Our normal rate for a single 1-hour Personal Fitness Training session is $55, regardless of location.  Our normal rate for NeuroMuscular Realignment is $90/hour.
  • With the "3+2" and 4+2" packages, you may split the 2-hrs. of massage into two 1-hr. sessions on different days, if you wish, for no extra charge.  With the "5+2" package, you may not split the 2-hour massage session, due to limited availability of our therapists.
  • If you would like to try our services before purchasing a package you may do so at our regular rates mentioned above.
  • If you have difficulty paying the full monthly package price all at once, we will try to work out a payment plan that makes it easier on you without forfeiting your one-month commitment to us.
  • Due to the difficulty and time involved with dealing with so many different insurance companies, we do not have enough staff to be able to bill your insurance company.  The most that we can do is provide you with receipts if you wish to attempt to get reimbursement from your insurance company.  However, you should understand that we are not Physical Therapists, so unless your insurance policy offers reimbursement for prescribed massage therapy and/or personal fitness training, you may not qualify for reimbursement.

Parkinson's Rehabilitation Therapy



     It can be emotionally devastating to learn that you have Parkinson's, a debilitating and "incurable" disease that can slowly rob you of your ability to control your own movements.  I do not know how that feels, but I can imagine that it must be frightening.  Following diagnoses, many become depressed, especially as the disease progresses and the symptoms worsen.  You were probably told that there is no cure, but hopefully you were also told that there are things you can do to slow the progress of the disease.

     I'm here to tell you that you can STOP the progress of Parkinson's, regain control of your mobility, and take back your life!  I know this because I helped my client and friend to do just that.
















     So how do we do this?  Medical researchers have discovered that the brain is a very flexible organ that can rewire its own circuitry, when it is pushed into doing so (a concept called neuroplasticity).  This is essentially how humans learn, and the more that we repeat things, the more that those nerve pathways get reinforced until it becomes second nature.  The key to rehabilitation of any kind can be found by breaking the word down thusly: re (ANEW) hab (HABIT) abilitate (TO MAKE ABLE).  It's all about creating new habits to make you able to do the things you want to do.  It's not easy.  Creating new habits takes hard work and discipline, but Zenfinity will be there to help you every step of the way.  You see, we believe that no one is merely a victim of their circumstances.  Life gives many of us difficult circumstances, but we're also given free-will, and it's the choices we make that ultimately determine whether we overcome our circumstances.


The Zenfinity method for Parkinson's Rehabilitation Therapy combines Tai Chi, full-body stretching, calisthenics, and what some call "Big Step" exercises, with a focus on deep breathing, posture, balance, and mindfulness.  We also provide Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, to help you release old tension patterns and musculoskeletal structural imbalances, and keep your muscles loose.

     You'll learn how to stretch every major muscle group in your body to loosen up contracting muscles and restore flexibility, which is one of the major keys to mobility.  You'll also learn a simple, basic form of Tai Chi, called Sunrise Chi Gong, a moving meditation which takes your entire body through it's full range of motion and strengthens your legs and core muscles, while mindfully focussed on deep breathing, balance and posture.  We'll also practice a variety of stepping exercises, including lunges, marching, side-stepping, cross-stepping and others, with as much assistance as needed.  By pushing yourself to do more difficult steps, regular walking becomes easier and easier, while your confidence improves with your balance.  With calisthenics, we increase strength, stamina, and control in the upper body, lower body and core.  Strength is the second major key to mobility, and core strength is especially important for balance.  All of this exercise also increases your dopamine levels, which helps to reduce your symptoms and helps you feel better.  And of course, you'll burn fat, as well.


     Though we don't provide meal-planning services, we will recommend simple nutritional changes that you can make over time to give your body the best fuels for optimal health, while eliminating the foods that slow you down.  Diets never last, but lifestyle changes, evolved over time, do last.

     Please understand that this program is intended to complement your medicine and your relationship with your doctor.  As you continue to work with your doctor to find the right dosages and combinations of medicines for you, we'll work together to help you take better care of your own health.  With time, your doctor will notice your improvement, and may even decide to decrease the number and or dosages of medications, at his or her discretion.  While we can drastically improve your mobility over time, so that you can live relatively symptom-free, we cannot yet eliminate the disease entirely.  Parkinson's Rehabilitation Therapy is, therefore, about controlling the disease, rather than letting the disease control your life

Michael Raphael knows and lives his purpose in life: To be a facilitator for healing.  Working as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006, and a Chi Gong Instructor since 2009,  teaching his clients customized stretches to target their specific musculoskeletal misalignments along the way, Michael became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2014 because he knew it was a crucial component of Healthcare (taking Care of your own Health).  Michael himself exercises 4-6 times a week and races in Triathlons (swimming, cycling, and running), so he understands how to overcome the challenges of staying fit in a busy world with family and work priorities vying for your time.  He will custom design a progressive exercise program for you, no matter what your level of conditioning, with a focus on posture correction, flexibility training, endurance training, and strength training, mostly using your own body weight (the old-fashioned way), so that you learn how to eventually stay fit on your own.  Exercise modifications will be made to accommodate whatever physical limitations you may have until you can overcome them, to the extent possible.

Important Rules to Read BEFORE Purchasing

  • Your first session will be a Free Evaluation, which may include an interview, measurements, short fitness tests, and paperwork.
  • Locations: Training Sessions may be held at your home, your gym (check with your gym in advance about this), or at Quayside Spa (1 Quay Blvd., Miami, FL 33138) where you must pay $5 of the $10 Visitor's Fee per session.  Massage sessions may be held at your home or Quayside Spa (No visitor's fee for Massage).
  • You will have regular, recurring sessions, scheduled in advance.
  • Because we want you to be as committed to your health as we are, we only offer Rehabilitation Therapy by the Month.  However, in order to standardize pricing, the packages are priced for 4-week months.
  • Last-minute Cancellations or No-Shows will represent a forfeit of that pre-paid session.  In order to retain your pre-paid session, you must reschedule it at least 24 hours in advance.
